Insurance and Payment
I currently accept Regency Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and cash pay. I am in the process of contracting with other insurance companies. For cash pay service, I can provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized invoice you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. As an out-of-network provider, your insurance may reimburse you based on their out-of-network coverage policies. Please note that you will be responsible for any difference between the fee clinic charged and the amount reimbursed by your insurance.
